Mecklink is a platform that connects vehicle owners with professional mechanics for diagnostic and repair services. We provide tools for scheduling, communication, and payment processing to facilitate these interactions.
You may need to create an account to access some of our services. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and other account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When a customer books a service with a mechanic, they are entering into a direct agreement with that mechanic. Mecklink is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the quality of the work performed. However, we provide a platform for feedback and dispute resolution to ensure a high standard of service.
The "Mecklink AI Diagnostics" feature is an artificial intelligence-based tool designed to provide preliminary information based on user-provided descriptions. It is NOT a substitute for professional mechanical advice, diagnosis, or repair.
All payments for services booked through Mecklink must be processed through our secure payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to our payment terms and any fees associated with the transaction. Mechanics are responsible for setting their own prices for the services they offer.
Users may cancel a scheduled service according to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking. Refunds will be issued based on this policy. Mecklink reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee where applicable.
The Mecklink platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our service, or the information, content, or materials included on our platform. You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
In no event shall Mecklink, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mecklink operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
